By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree:
- The Event contains information that is confidential and commercially sensitive to Toyota Australia;
- Not to share, disclose or make public any confidential or commercially sensitive information shared or discussed during the Event;
- Not to forward, share or disclose the URL/link provided to me for registration to the Event;
- Where applicable to me, the confidentiality obligations under a Dealer Agreement, employment agreement, supplier/umbrella agreement or any other agreement with Toyota Australia (as the case may be) will apply to the information shared or disclosed during the event;
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toyota Australia does not provide any warranty of accuracy or reliability as to the information shared or disclosed during the course of the Event and accepts no responsibility for loss arising in any way from, or in connection with, errors or omissions in any information provided;
- All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the Event takes place however, Toyota Australia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event, or alter the event, including the right to substitute speakers, without notice;
- Toyota Australia may audio and / or video record the Event. By entering the Event site, you agree to be filmed or photographed which may be used for internal purposes;
- Visual, audio, comments, data, text or any other material or information obtained through such recording, may be used by Toyota Australia for its business and marketing purposes; and
- Toyota Australia will collect my personal information [as provided in the registration form] to enable me to access and attend the Event. My personal information will be handled in accordance with Toyota Australia’s Privacy Policy, available at toyota.com.au/privacy-policy
